Pink Method
Ok so I started a new diet plan. It's called the Pink Method. I don't know who has herd of it, but I am loving it. I don't offitioaly start till The 19th. But I thought I would try the diet part out yesturday. yesturday mornig when I whighed my self. I was at 170. This morning I am already at 168. Yes two lbs. It that awesome. I didn't even fallow it to the T. Today I'm going to stick closer to it and see how much I loose.

Presidents Challenge

My family and I have decided to join the President Fitness Challenge. We have started a team/group on it also, so if you would like to join our team please log on and register and then link to our group at #101265 Kenney Family & Friends. In the Presidents Challenge, they are trying to get America up and moving. HELP ! ! !
okay, I have completely lost my ambition and drive. On my last weigh in on here (July 2010) I weighed 195. Well this morning I weighed in at 237 lbs. I have been watching the weight climb about 1 -2 lbs a week, since October. I honestly don't know what is going on. I walk about 1 mile every morning (it isn't a speedy walk every morning, because I am pushing a wheel chair or pulling children along with me, but it is still moving), I use my eliptical 15 minutes at least every other night and this past few months we have been doing a simplified version of Zumba on Tuesday afternoons with the kids in my class. I was doing really well with the diet part, until this past month and now I just am starving and needing something to eat continuously. I need some new advise and some pushing in the right direction again. I am hoping that it isn't connected to the medical problems I have had lately with my Uterus. Thanks in advance for everyone's support and hear is to a new beginning to an old goal.

waigh in
I havn't posted in a while because my waight has been the same the past few weeks. But today it changed. i am now 186 lbs. Still going strong on p90x. I have 3 weeks left. i am loving it. Getting up every day and getting my heart going. It's giving me something to look forward to every morning. Yes I still have those days when I dont want to but then i know I will feel guilty if I don't so I do it any way and when i'm done I'm glad I did. I have notised so many changes pants are fitting better, muscles are toning up. I just can't wait till I get down to that pant size I want. I know it's going to take a while and I need to be pationt. it just feels good that I'm trying and I will get there some day.

waugh in
I Waugh in on Tuesday so this post is a little late. But I am now down to 188 lbs. yay. I'm getting there. I want to make it to 140 so only have 48 more lbs to go to reach my goal. I'm finding I have more energy because I am eating right witch gives me energy all day and I am exercising and I am actually starting to enjoy it. I'm still going strong on p90x and I am in the middle of week 5. I feel so good I don't' know why it took so long for me to start up.

long time
So i relized no one has posted on the blog for a long time so I thought I would try to start it up again.
I have started to do p90x. I am on my 4th week. I have not missed a day (minus the two day I was sick) but then I got bag on the wagon and started up again. witch trust me is hard to do. Once I stop working out it's hard to convince my body to get going again.
I have so much more energy. I am happier and I have more energy to play with my kids. No to mention sense starting this I have lost 9lbs. It is awesome.
