long time

So i relized no one has posted on the blog for a long time so I thought I would try to start it up again.

I have started to do p90x. I am on my 4th week. I have not missed a day (minus the two day I was sick) but then I got bag on the wagon and started up again. witch trust me is hard to do. Once I stop working out it's hard to convince my body to get going again.
I have so much more energy. I am happier and I have more energy to play with my kids. No to mention sense starting this I have lost 9lbs. It is awesome.

I weigh in at 190 now. Just have to keep going and I'll get there.
