Wednesday Weigh In #1

Okay, this week I haven't been my best on eating. We ate lots of munchies at the track this weekend instead of real meals. I have also been sleeping a lot because my jaw is swollen and very sore. But even with all my excuses, I weighed in at 262.6 lbs this morning, that is 4.4 lbs lost this week. I am hoping to keep on this path and continue to go in the downward direction. Rock It - June 1, 2012

A friend of mine, Bree Gowers, has started a weight loss journey on her blog (http://gowersfam.blogspot.com/) called Wearing (weighing) Less. She is going to work the next 6 months to try and lose as much as possible and then on June 1, 2012 post a picture of herself in a swimsuit. She is looking for others to join her on this weight loss quest, so I thought I would share it here.


I am wanting to get my but in gear again. I am furiated to think a little over a year ago I weighed less than 200 lbs and now I weighed in this morning at 267 lbs. This is the most I have ever weighed. I am going to start being serious again, now that the medical issues are hopefully behind us. I will weigh in every wednesday on here, to help keep me on tract. If you would like to join me, please feel free to follow and add your weigh ins and things that you have found to help you lose the weight.
