waigh in

I havn't posted in a while because my waight has been the same the past few weeks. But today it changed. i am now 186 lbs. Still going strong on p90x. I have 3 weeks left. i am loving it. Getting up every day and getting my heart going. It's giving me something to look forward to every morning. Yes I still have those days when I dont want to but then i know I will feel guilty if I don't so I do it any way and when i'm done I'm glad I did. I have notised so many changes pants are fitting better, muscles are toning up. I just can't wait till I get down to that pant size I want. I know it's going to take a while and I need to be pationt. it just feels good that I'm trying and I will get there some day.

Good Job Jamie, I need to get my butt back in gear, my weight is going in the opposite direction these days
