Many of us have been supporting each other with our health and fitness goals, but because of new schedules and locations we have had a difficult time meeting. 5K

So I thought I would let everyone know, I did it,  I signed up for a 5K.  The color 5K.  for every 1K you run they will throw chock at you.  I have been running everyday to get ready for it.  So far I am up to 36min.  Not bad but I hope to do better.  The 5K is on the 15th.  I hope it go's as planed.
