Wednesday Weigh-In # 6

Okay I am really shocked that today's weigh in is actually at 195.6 ... The past week has not been good and when I have weighed over the weekend I was pushing 200 so it has been scary, so I was really happy to see I was back to 195. Hopefully I will be able to stay focused this summer with all these barbeques and be able to hopefully get into the 180's. Good Luck Everyone.

Sorry guys, but I am not weighing in today .... It is my 15th wedding anniversary and decided I deserved a week off without having to worry about the numbers on the scale. I still would like to hear from the rest of you on how your progress is coming along.

Thursday Thought #5

"If your dog is fat, you're not getting enough exercise."

Wednesday Weigh-In #4

Okay this weeks weigh-in is at 196.2 lbs ... I am stuck at a plateau, I need to find something to jumpstart again. I have been jumping between 193 & 197 for about 2 months now. Anyone have any ideas I can try even with my crazy no sleep schedule.

MEET OUR TRAINER : Blake Robinson
Blake Robinson's passion for fitness and exercise began at an early age as he played recreational soccer at age five. He is now an accomplished personal trainer with a BS Degree from USU in Exercise Science and is a Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition by the ISSA.
Throughout the years, Blake has found his greatest joys and toughest challenges on the soccer field, the rock face, the gymnastics mat and in gyms through out the U.S. After he finished his education at USU and his employment with The Sports Academy and Racquet club where he helped clients lose hundreds of pounds of fat and gain several inches of muscle he became a top tier personal trainer at Equinox Fitness in Manhattan.
As the Fitness Director of the Alta Club in Downtown Blake has enjoyed working with clients across a broad spectrum because each client brings a new set of challenges to the gym and there is nothing he enjoys more than a challenge that pushes him beyond his own limitations.
Blake uses that passion to empower clients to reach their health and fitness goals, push farther than they ever thought possible and attain a level of health and fitness they dared only to dream of.
