Dr. oz

I don't know who out there watches Dr.Oz, but I love the show. Any way. Every now and then he has people on there that have lost weight. He has them share there recipe's and how they did it. Then he posts the recipes on line. There are some good recipes in there and most of them are easy to make. Here is the web site.
