Thursday Thought #1

So I am going to try and post a thought about exercise, health or something along those lines on thursdays. Some may be serious remarks from famous people and others can be funny quotes from cartoons. Lets all enjoy a little thought from time to time to give us some motivation.

Daphne, I lost 50 lbs. about two years ago, and have kept it off. If I can do it, then I know anyone can! It all comes down to making better choices, exercising regularly, and staying committed to it even if you have a bad day or week!! I went from a size 14 to a size 4! And it is so worth it! I once heard someone say - Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!
